SESD5Z12D is a unidirectional TVS diode for ESD and surge protection of sensitive data and power lines. It provides fast response, low clamping voltage, and complies with IEC 61000-4-2 with ±30 kV ESD protection. Packaged in SOD-523, it is suitable for mobile phones, digital cameras, audio devices, and other portable electronics.
