Willas Electronic Vietnam at VJCC Career Compass 2026
Recently, Willas Electronic Vietnam was honored to participate in VJCC Career Compass 2026, organized by the Vietnam–Japan Human Resources Cooperation Center (VJCC), Foreign Trade University. The event provided a valuable platform for students to explore career opportunities, connect with businesses, and gain a better understanding of the professional environment they may enter after graduation.
For Willas Electronic Vietnam, joining the program was not only an opportunity to introduce the company to talented students but also an important part of the company’s commitment to connecting with the next generation of professionals in the electronics and technology industry.
Connecting Students with Career Opportunities
Career orientation plays an important role in helping university students understand their strengths, interests, and future career options. Events such as VJCC Career Compass 2026 create opportunities for students to interact directly with businesses and gain practical insights beyond the classroom.
At the Willas booth, students had the opportunity to meet and communicate with members of the Willas team. Through conversations and exchanges, students could learn more about the company’s working environment, organizational culture, career development opportunities, and the skills required to work in the electronics and technology sector.
These direct interactions also allowed students to ask questions about career paths and gain a clearer understanding of what companies look for when recruiting young talents. For students preparing to enter the workforce, such conversations can provide useful perspectives when making decisions about their future careers.
Exploring Careers in Electronics and Technology
As the electronics and semiconductor industries continue to develop, demand for skilled professionals is creating new career opportunities for young graduates. Students with knowledge of electronics, engineering, technology, business, and related fields can explore diverse career paths across the industry.
Through its participation in VJCC Career Compass 2026, Willas Electronic Vietnam had the opportunity to introduce students to career possibilities within the electronics industry and share insights into the professional environment at the company.
Beyond technical knowledge, today’s working environment also requires employees to develop communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Engaging directly with businesses gives students a better opportunity to understand these expectations and prepare themselves for their future careers.
Building Connections Between Businesses and Students
One of the most meaningful aspects of VJCC Career Compass 2026 was the connection it created between businesses and university students.
For Willas Electronic Vietnam, meeting students from Foreign Trade University provided an opportunity to discover young talents who are enthusiastic, dynamic, and eager to develop themselves professionally. At the same time, interacting with students allowed the Willas team to better understand the expectations, interests, and career aspirations of the younger generation.
Strong connections between universities and businesses can contribute to a more effective transition from education to employment. By creating opportunities for students to interact with companies at an early stage, career events can help young people make more informed decisions about their professional development.
Willas is proud to be part of these activities and looks forward to continuing to build meaningful relationships with universities, students, and young professionals.
Looking Forward to Future Talents
Willas Electronic Vietnam sincerely thanks VJCC and Foreign Trade University for organizing a professional, meaningful, and inspiring event. We also extend our appreciation to all the students who visited the Willas booth, listened to our sharing, asked questions, and interacted with our team throughout the program.
Every conversation and connection at VJCC Career Compass 2026 was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from one another. We believe that career development is a continuous journey, and meaningful connections between students and businesses can play an important role in shaping that journey.
Looking ahead, Willas Electronic Vietnam hopes to have more opportunities to connect with talented students and outstanding candidates who are interested in building their careers in the electronics and technology industry.
